Introduction

As a Clinical Social Worker for the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of working directly with individuals, groups, couples, and families in both the community and outpatient settings. Through my clinical work and continued education, I have developed a rich practice that consists of multiple evidenced based, trauma informed treatments to effectively help patients reach their goals. While having a strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments is necessary, that knowledge can only go so far. Research shows that the therapeutic relationship is one the strongest predictors of whether or not treatment will be successful. My ability to build strong, therapeutic relationships with my clients is one of my greatest strengths and have seen observable progress in my client's lives as a result.
