As a native New Yorker, I deeply understand how the fast-paced environment can leave us often feeling empty, depleted, irritable, and disconnected. I also understand the incredible courage and vulnerability it takes to seek support. My approach to therapy is strength-based, trauma informed, and rooted in cultural humility. I also employ a variety of mindfulness and insight-oriented interventions to provide a nonjudgmental brave space for openness and exploration. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in working with adults addressing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, identity development, race/racism, and interpersonal issues. I have extensive training with evidence-based treatments and utilize a therapeutic blend of client-centered, CBT, ACT, and positive psychology. I believe people are the experts of their own experience and are incredibly resilient, capable of tremendous healing and growth.
