**Not accepting new clients at this time.** I love helping clients improve their quality of life, better their relationships, and increase internal connection. In today's society, it is often common to feel disconnected from others and even from ourselves. I want to help you to process relationships, experiences, thoughts, and emotions in order to better understand why you respond, think, or feel the way you do. I love working with individuals, families, and couples, and have experience working with those who have experienced relational or situational traumas and those with eating disorders, mood disorders, or behavioral disorders. I have a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy and work from a systemic perspective, both with individual clients and couples and families. I am EMDR Level 1 Certified, Gottman Level 2 Certified, am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Family Trauma Professional, and have completed some Somatic Experiencing and IFS training. I understand that you may feel alone, conflicted, confused, or hurt, and I want to help be a support for you as well as help you build external and internal supports. I offer initial consultations to discuss how we may work well together and to identify if I am the best fit for you.
