I am a licensed psychologist with 16 years of experience in mental health settings including schools, outpatient, inpatient, and residential facility. I work with youth, adolescents, adults, and families on depression, anxiety, school related issues, domestic violence, marital issues, parenting, LGBT, and multicultural issues. As a certified PET (Parent Effectiveness Training) instructor, I have provided parenting groups and training over the past ten years, and currently work as a part time clinical supervisor at a mental health agency in Danville. I am passionate about utilizing various therapeutic tools such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Existential Therapy, play therapy, and sand therapy in order to provide individualized treatments based on your treatment needs. While challenging life circumstances may lead you to feel lost and confused at times, receiving non judgmental validation and guidance will be a source of relief as well as a valuable support system for your and your loved ones.
