Introduction

Thank you for visiting my page! If you are having any trouble booking directly online for a free consult, email me directly at anastasia@feelinggoodinstitute.com and we can schedule that way. Are you or your loved ones ready to take some time to work on what truly matters to you? I hope so! We are all imperfect but unique people doing the best we can in our daily lives. Each of us has our own specific challenges and strengths. I enjoy getting to know you and working together so you can feel better. I work with children (6 and up), adolescents, adults, families, parents and couples. At the present time, I am unable to see adult individuals for individual therapy as I work toward licensure. Presently, I am an Associate Marriage Family Therapist working under excellent supervision. When applicable, TEAM-CBT can create meaningful change and give you skills and tools to help you in the real world. This time-tested process involves work and also has tremendous benefits and rewards. This is the cognitive behavioral therapy structure that our office specializes in. It has been developed and refined by David Burns, MD for over 40 years. I have a deep respect for your cultural and other unique experiences. I'm a mother of two teenagers and a daughter of immigrants myself. I'm in the lower fee clinic at Feeling Good Institute. My rates are $130 per 50 minute session. I am a level 2 certified TEAM-CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Also am certified in CBT-i for Insomnia (for adults only, Jacobs protocal), completed an externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and trained Level 1 in Gottman therapy for couples. I'm also pursuing additional consultation and knowledge in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT for couples), Gottman Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Somatics/Mindfulness, child therapy and more. There are a lot of acronyms! :) I continually engage in additional learning with a focus on evidence based approaches. Feel free to reach out for a no-cost consult so we can see if I am the best person for your needs. I want what is best for you or your family, so I will happily consult with you to see if we are a good fit and if not, try and help you find referrals. Feel free to book directly online for a consult, but if those times don't work, email me and we can look at other times. I hold myself to high ethical standards and am a member of the following professional organizations: California Association of Marriage Family Therapists (CAMFT), Santa Clara Valley CAMFT, Northern California Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Network, International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Northern California Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy.
