My name is Ananda I am a licensed clinical counselor and certified yoga teacher. I am glad we found each other. My therapy practice is informed by mindfulness, self-compassion and transpersonal psychology which provides tools and perspectives to support personal growth and change through mind, body , spirit connectedness. This sometimes looks like finding a path forward from relational trauma, getting unstuck from overthinking and self doubt, or rediscovering oneself during a challenging life transition.
