Welcome, bienvenida! My goal is to help you achieve peace and balance through empathy and understanding. I have more than ten years experience working with women from different cultural backgrounds. My approach combines professional counseling with faith and culture to help you overcome your struggles and discover your strengths. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, or relationship issues, I offer a supportive and non-judgmental environment to help you. We will work together to empower you with the skills you need to build healthy relationships and live a fulfilling life. Let's start this journey together! I absolutely love recharging by spending quality time with my amazing friends and family, whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen, and connecting with God in meaningful ways! I am fluent in Spanish and I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, Grief and Loss, ADHD, Marriage therapy and Pre-marital counseling. I am trained in evidence-based treatments such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, MAP, Prepare and Enrich, SYMBIS and many others. I am also a trained Supervisor and provide case consultations to mental health professionals.
