My approach to therapy is tailored to a style which best suites you. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential therapy, EMDR and Person-Centered approach. I support my clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, substance use issues, trauma experiences and codependency. I focus on helping my clients feel empowered to live the life they want, to feel free to make decisions that make them happy and to learn to love and honor themselves.
