Introduction

My calling is helping others who are suffering at any capacity. I'm naturally lead towards supporting teens and adults in the areas of boundaries, belonging, depression, anxiety, and burnout. I aim to help you feel comfortable where you can come to a place of healing and rest through a supportive therapeutic environment. As your counselor, my goal is to help you feel supported and provide you with guidance to wholeness. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to therapy. Together we will work on emotional regulation while considering your patterns, emotional wounds, and attachment. I have special interest in person-centered therapy, compassion-focused therapy, attachment theory, and EMDR.
