Hey there! I'm Amy, the person behind Grounded Pathways. With a person focused, down-to-earth and empathetic approach, I'm here to accompany you on your journey of healing. I've got a soft spot for former people pleasers and young adults struggling with post-grad life changes. If you're struggling to find your voice or feeling overwhelmed by life's twists and turns, I'm here to offer a judgment-free space where you can explore, grow, and, most importantly, be yourself. I'm EMDR trained and utilize a variety of clinical interventions, like CBT, narrative techniques, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational interviewing, to help see what fits your needs. I am currently awaiting insurance credentialing for UHC, Aetna and Cigna. Please reach out if you have any questions about this!
