Hello, I appreciate you taking the time to look over my profile. I enjoy working with adolescents, college students, and adults. Some of the issues I have covered include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and abuse. Additionally, I have worked with BIPOC and LGBT+ individuals to help them process through racial, sexual, and gender identity issues, respectively, as they relate to mental health. My main focus in therapy is offering clients a safe and judgement-free space to talk openly about concerns, build insight and self-awareness, and create goals for building a mentally health life.
