Introduction

We are not meant to journey alone. In my approach as a therapist, I seek to build relationships that foster self-discovery, healing, and growth. I have experience in individual therapy and I particularly enjoy working with women and young adults (ages 20-30). As a therapist, I utilize a combination of approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and other evidence-based practices. Each person is capable of true transformation and freedom, but getting there takes work and accompaniment, which I believe is offered through the gift of therapy. It's an honor to witness your growth and I look forward to walking alongside you as you do.
