Introduction

I have been a practicing Clinical Mental Health therapist for 22 years with a Masters in Clinical Mental heath and Masters in Addictions. I have worked and addressed all areas of mental health, not just trauma and addictions which is my main specialty. I work to utilize evidence based practices to ensure what I provide have research to back it up, that being said, I really focus on just practicing on how to be human. Finding ones humans isn't always easy and I am here to listen to understand to help you find a partner to work through the bumps of being human.
