Introduction

I’ve worked as a counselor with children, adolescents, and adults for 20+ years. I’m passionate and committed to helping others learn how to heal from past and current sources of pain. My work focuses on improving relationships, increasing self-worth, and discovering what brings purpose and joy to our lives. I believe in each person’s ability to reflect, change, grow, and be resilient. Outside of the office, I take pride in being a wife, mother, step-mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, auntie, and friend. I love Aspen, my golden retriever therapy dog, a hot cup of tea, being creative through art, and spending time in nature. Please note - a certified professional therapy dog shares my healing space with clients. If you have allergies and/or concerns, please discuss them with me during the consultation.
