Introduction

Many of us seek counseling to achieve change in our lives. I believe that change occurs most easily in the presence of unconditional acceptance. From this belief, I offer a space to create a genuine and reliable therapeutic relationship, which I see as the foundation for growth and healing. Based on your concerns, worldview and preferences, I offer methods and tools for change and healing. In each session, you and I seek to realize your strengths and resources to help you reach your desired goals. I offer a safe place, warmth, and, sometimes, even humor to help you on your journey. I am a Certified Trauma Responsive Counselor and am trained in EMDR, helping people move into post traumatic growth. I assist women and families who are struggling with fertility and perinatal mood disorders. I also assist those who are experiencing grief from loss: the loss of loved ones, dreams, or relationships. My style is compassionate, empathetic, direct and laced with humor. My pronouns are she/her/hers.
