Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist Amy Spratling Counseling
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma
Insurance: University of Utah, EMI, DMBA, Out of Network

Introduction

I've been a therapist for over 20 years, working with children, teens and adults to heal from trauma, and better manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Counseling Psychology and specialize in treating trauma across all ages. I use evidence-based treatments--EMDR, IFS, DBT and TF-CBT because they work to help people heal. I also provide Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy and work with clients from all faiths and religious traditions (or no faith or religious tradition). LGBTQIA clients welcome! It takes time to create the life you hoped for, and it's discouraging when life isn't what you thought it would be. But healing and change are possible! I look forward to working with you and helping you create the life you want.
