My name is Amy and I love being able to help adults and teenagers cope with the bumps that life brings. I treat anxiety, social anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, and relationship issues. Life transitions, LGBTQ+, and adoption are my specialties. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Narrative Therapy I utilize in sessions. All of my sessions are telehealth.
