I help people with anxiety and worry, and managing difficult changes in life- adjustment to college/ career change, early adulthood, pregnancy/postpartum, family changes, and other stages of life. I have been a licensed psychologist for 15 years. I have worked with many teens, young adults, new moms, parents, and professionals. I provide both therapy and career coaching services. I strive to treat the needs of each client individually and form a collaborative relationship that makes it easy to get the support you need. I offer both in person and online therapy so you can access help right from home, school or your workplace.
