As a licensed clinical social worker graduating from Columbia University in 1992, I have incorporated what I've learned from my personal experience with depression, addiction and trauma to help others heal and find meaningful connection to themselves and others. Feel free to explore, learn and grow without judgment in a safe and caring space. I provide individual, couples and family therapy through telehealth, allowing you to enrich your quality of life in the comfort of your own home.
