Introduction

I use a variety of counseling strategies, depending on you, and on your wants and needs. I have additional training on the impact of trauma, and ways to understand it and help you. I’ve worked with people with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use problems, and relationship challenges. There is more to you than any challenge you’re experiencing right now. You can make use of your unique talents and life experience to heal. I work with adults, and I offer individual counseling.
