I have over 15 years of experience in mental health through individual and group therapy. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, exposure based therapy for anxiety, mindfulness and I am certified in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy. I enjoy helping people increase skills and resources, make changes and gain a greater sense of connection to self and others.
