Introduction

I enjoy supporting individuals, teens, and families who seek a path to greater well-being and I am dedicated to helping you find your way. I specialize in trauma and adolescent and family experiences, but my practice is open to all. Common themes in my work with teens and families include differing expectations and family conflict, social/relational skill building, and management of academic pressures and neurodiverse conditions. For couples, it's communication, breach of trust and conflict resolution, coping strategies and parenting skills, and more. I am also experienced at guiding individuals through grief and in situations when it feels like there is no way out. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming and even scary, but it doesn't mean you are not ready. It’s okay to take that first step with some hesitation. What matters is your choice to prioritize yourself and your well-being and know you are not alone. I am a warm and empathetic counselor, and I will prioritize your specific needs as you navigate your current and unique life circumstances. You will find yourself in a non-judgmental environment where you are respected and accepted for being yourself. If you are unsure of what counseling has to offer you or do not know where to start, we can work together to identify your needs and to clarify the direction that feels best for you. There are many reasons why people seek therapy, and whatever is yours, I am ready to meet you where you are. I offer a free 15-minute initial phone consultation. I believe deeply in the transformative power of therapy and look forward to connecting with you.
