Hello, my name is Amy Palmer and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Welcome to a place of healing! Whether with medication management and/or therapy, change can happen to improve emotional burdens, limiting beliefs, and relationship or lifestyle patterns. Using several therapeutic approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sand Tray therapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), you can learn to relate to yourself differently— start to love yourself and feel better on the inside. It is possible to transform that inner critical voice into a supportive one, calm those racing thoughts and bring more confidence, clarity, and creativity to your life.
