I hold deep empathy for those who are undergoing life transitions with the intention of self-growth and awareness. I enjoy helping couples find new healing patterns through conflict resolution, relationship maintenance, and growth. I value holding a judgment-free and accepting space for all my clients. My integrative approach as Oregon Registered LPC Intern to counseling is Person-Centered, Existential, and Jungian with Expressive Art modalities. I believe that you are the expert in your life. I am passionate about finding our meaning and how our patterns, good or bad affect our growth and potential.
