I am a therapist with 25 years of clinical experience committed to helping clients learn coping skills to manage the stressors of daily life and to improve their well-being. My work focuses on helping my clients (ages 18 and up) challenge ineffective thoughts, habits, and beliefs to move towards increased life satisfaction. I am passionate about helping those with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, depression, and health conditions move towards creating and maintaining emotional wellness.
