My curiosity about mental health began with my own lived experiences. I work most often with clients who are introspective, emotionally attuned, and ready to explore the “why” behind their patterns. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, life transitions, or the impact of childhood trauma. They want more ease, more clarity, and more connection, with themselves and others. They're seeking therapy that honors both their past and their desire for meaningful change. I hold space for the parts of you that feel unseen, stuck, or afraid. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adults, couples, and teens, integrating psychodynamic work, and DBT.
