They have left you feeling depleted, broken, and worn out. You need a reminder of your dignity and resilience and some coping skills for dealing with this very challenging time. I'm here to help. I have 25 years experience working with tweens and teens, first as a teacher, then as a counselor. I specialize in supporting educators and other caregiving professionals. You have already taken the brave first step to consider counseling.
