Introduction

I am passionate about providing a welcoming, collaborative, comfortable space that supports my clients through the process of self-discovery, insight, emotional healing, and positive change. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum, and supporting individuals and couples as they navigate the parenting process. I also have an interest in supporting children, families and adults who are looking for strategies to effectively manage ADHD symptoms. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking solutions for connection and intimacy. I utilize compassion, humor, and respect in my work with the goal of assisting my clients as they move towards positive changes and living a more authentic and meaningful life. Together, we can make connections, gain insight and question some of the underlying, unconscious, and outdated patterns that may be keeping you stuck or holding you back. I have additional or certificate level training in sex therapy, perinatal mental health, ADHD, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and also completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I accept many OHP CCOs (excluding Trillium and PacificSource) including HealthShare/CareOregon. I can provide a superbill for possible Out of Network reimbursement from other insurance companies and also accept Out of Pocket pay - sliding scale available. In Person - Bend; Telehealth - Entire State of Oregon. I am a Registered Associate, supervised by Torey Andrus, LMFT.
