Hi! My name is Amy and I've been working as a therapist for over 20 years! I'm very passionate about my career and I love being able to work with people of all different backgrounds, stressors, and life challenges. I am an active listener and a down to earth person. It comes naturally to me to help people feel at ease while making the brave decision to participate in therapy. I prioritize the therapeutic rapport and provide A LOT of reflective feedback and questions. I want you to get the most out of our time together and feel respected and valued by me. I'm a strength's based therapist and I also love helping people identify and align with their values. We will develop and implement strategies including your strengths and values to help you reach your goals and live a life of quality and fulfillment that feels right to you. I also have extensive experience working with people who've endured traumatic life events from divorce, custody, grief and loss, accidents, health issues, and abuse. I'm a gentle but fierce advocate for inner child healing and incorporate easy to use, evidence-based practices for daily integration.
