As a Master Addiction Counselor, I’ll support you as we identify and disentangle unhelpful patterns in your life. Adults only, please. Is ADHD costing you personally or professionally? Last-minute motivation is not a sustainable strategy. Do you often feel stuck or find it challenging to just let things be as they are? Replaying events in your head? Difficulty with decision-making? I can help. We’ll develop ways to make your life more consistently effective and minimize stress. A free 15-minute phone consultation is required to book a session. Please let me know a few days/times you are available for a consultation and regular sessions. One-on-one sessions, adults only please - no couples counseling.
