I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified alcohol and drug counselor with almost 20 years of experience in helping individuals in their journey through life. I work with adults (age 18+) and have extensive clinical experience addressing: Anxiety, ADHD, Insomnia, parenting and relationship stress, substance & behavioral addictions, trauma and life stressors in general. I use an empathetic, multimodal approach tailored to your needs. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for treatment of insomnia (CBT-i), as well as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Outside of my work, I love nature & the outdoors, learning new things, being active/playing, and laughing as much as possible. I enjoy bringing aspects of these areas into my practice whenever I am able. I would count it a privilege walk this journey with you and offer Creative Insight to help you navigate life.
