Introduction

I’m committed to helping individuals and families learn how to recover from eating disorders and manage chronic illness, mood disorders and symptoms of trauma. My work focuses on empowering others to deeply know and trust themselves. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to therapy and ensuring that clients are supported to reach their goals. With over 20 years of experience treating eating disorders, I am uniquely positioned to help you. Eating disorders are complex, life-threatening disorders with serious psychological and medical complications. Often, they co-exist with other mental health struggles. Treatment can help. I am certified in Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders which is an evidence-based and collaborative model of care for working with children, teenagers and young adults. Anyone at ANY size can have an eating disorder or painful relationship with food. Treatment can help give you the support and tools you need to recover and move forward. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request for a free consultation today.
