Introduction

Rainforest Counseling is a sacred space where you can experience non-judgment and know what it means to have a transformational journey. My passion is using DBT/CBT with attachment based foundations. You will slowly create a "tool box" to use to identify and manage your emotions, interpersonal relationships, and understand what peace and serenity truly mean. I prefer to work anyone from ages six and up. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have training in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and several expressive arts such as sandtray. I will use creativity to engage my clients after having assessed their strengths and barriers. I believe excellent assessment leads to a proper treatment approach and ultimately effective therapy. There should never be a time in therapy that you feel stagnant or, think "don't know what I'm working on...I don't feel like I have a goal or plan..." I don't accept insurance at this time and only accept debit/credit card payments. For more information: www.rainforestcounseling.com
