Introduction

My goal is to aid those in learning fresh tools and perspectives in order to have more peace and joy throughout their lives. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) when working with trauma in adolescents and adults. EMDR  is not only beneficial for individuals that suffer with PTSD or relationship betrayals, but is also effective with those dealing with depression and anxiety that are oftentimes symptoms of deep rooted trauma. When working with couples I also incorporate Gottman Couples Methodology in aiding couples to find healing or cohesiveness in their marriages. My approach to counseling not only comes from study of evidence based tools but also a genuine desire to come alongside others in their journey.
