Introduction

I started my business with one thing in mind: How to help others find what took me a long time to find for myself, joy. I’ve worked in behavioral health for nearly 30 years. In that time I’ve learned that the only barriers to my joy are the ones I created for myself. Being mindful, I worked toward healthier habbits and setting boundaries. I hope to share my skills and experience with my clients to help them achieve their own success. Coaching in: Addiction, Relapse Awareness, Life Skills, Co-Dependency and Finding Balance I’d like to help you find your new path. See how you can work with me to discover how to live a life of balance.
