I’m a licensed clinical social worker and a registered yoga teacher. My style is collaborative and supportive — I draw from a variety of modalities to offer a unique approach using dialogue and mind-body work to support overall wellness. Through building an understanding of our thoughts, feelings, sensations, and the impact they have on the present moment, we can explore ourselves with curiosity, develop self-compassion, and identify steps towards an even more fulfilling life. Outside of my work as a therapist, I'm someone who deeply values human rights, equity, inclusion, and am committed to creating affirming spaces for all. In my free time, I love being outdoors, playing disc golf, hiking, camping, yoga, live music, hula hooping, and spending time with my loved ones. These passions keep me grounded and help me connect with the world in meaningful ways.
