Introduction

Welcome to Serenity Psychological Services and thank you for considering me as your mental health provider. I am a bilingual (Spanish) licensed clinical psychologist who has been in practice for over 15 years. As a clinical psychologist, my goal is to help women on their life journey to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives and to more positively impact their well-being and the world around them. Pursuing your own mental wellbeing is essential to becoming your best self. My goal is not only to help with symptom reduction, but more importantly to help you grow in your own self-confidence and increase coping skills. In therapy, I strive to create an accepting space to compassionately examine your life experiences. As we work through whatever might be limiting you, my hope is that you will gain coping strategies, increase self-awareness and will be able to more clearly see the potential within you and get you closer to achieving your goals.
