I love using therapy as a way to support clients through their life’s challenges and am dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone. I understand that being vulnerable can be scary but know it’s an important part of growing. I have experience working with adolescents, college students, and young adults. My clinical focus encompasses life transitions, anxiety, depression, existential crises, relationship concerns, and childhood trauma. If desired, I also offer Christian-based counseling.
