Amy Fantozzi, MS, LCPC, received her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Adventure-based Counseling from Prescott College. She is passionate about utilizing adventure and nature within the therapeutic process to promote healing and growth through experience. Amy enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking, skiing, backpacking, paddle-boarding, and kayaking. She is also a certified health coach and works to help people reach their health goals through weight loss, exercise, and spirituality. In her down time, she loves reading, spending time with her family, and watching football and basketball. She works with individuals of all ages, specializing in adolescent mental health and couples work.
