Introduction

Hello! Through a wealth of life experience, I am able to help my clients navigate the path of healing from difficult experiences such as past trauma, broken relationships, anxiety, grief, and depression. Because I believe that spirituality is important, I work with clients to consider how this aspect of their lives can lead to deeper levels of healing. I also have additional training in the area of trauma treatment and EMDR which I use to reduce trauma related symptoms in my clients. In addition, I incorporate a cognitive behavioral approach to consider how unhealthy thought patterns may be contributing to negative emotions and behaviors.
