Introduction

I provide assessment and psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults. My practice is located in downtown Rock Hill, SC. I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help individuals develop skills for managing problems. I begin with a thorough evaluation to accurately conceptualize the problem. I will provide feedback and recommendations and then develop a treatment plan based on the your treatment goals. I rely on treatment techniques that have been supported through research. CBT typically involves homework and practice between sessions and monitoring changes through ongoing assessment procedures. I work with individuals experiencing a range of problems including depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma-related difficulties, OCD and hoarding, ADHD, anger, grief, substance use disorders, and relationship difficulties. I provide Gottman Method couples therapy and coparenting counseling. I have extensive experience in treating individuals with anxiety problems and trauma histories.
