I believe that Mental Health matters. I am a non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic therapist who values a strong therapeutic alliance built upon a foundation of trust and rapport. I take a holistic approach to counseling based on the mind and body connection. I believe that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected. I completed my Masters in Counseling from the University at Buffalo and received my M.S.Ed with a permanent certification in School Counseling from Saint Bonaventure University.
