I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families impacted by complex trauma, with a particular focus on Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), and Complex PTSD (cPTSD). Many of the people I work with have experienced chronic emotional pain, identity fragmentation, relational instability, and a deep sense of disconnection from themselves and others. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in compassion, aiming to create a safe and stable space where healing and integration can begin. I help clients navigate intense emotions, dissociative experiences, and the long-term effects of abuse, neglect, or attachment wounds. Whether we’re working through relational conflict, internal chaos, or a complex trauma history, my goal is to support meaningful connection, emotional regulation, and a more cohesive sense of self.
