I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio, my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Oregon, and I am fully licensed to practice counseling by the state of Texas (Licensed Professional Counselor License #82294). Life is complicated. Our bodies, minds, and relational worlds are connected in ways both seen and unseen. I am a counselor because I believe that the more we understand the layers of ourselves, our experiences and where we come from, the better equipped we are to navigate pain and challenges as they arise. I have extensive experience working in community settings with individuals and couples managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and interpersonal concerns. In my practice, I offer individual and couples counseling as well as consultation services.
