Introduction

My belief is that no one "needs" counseling, but that everyone DESERVES it. I have more than 20 years of experience providing individual and family counseling to children, teens, adults and families. I believe strongly that we all have inherent strengths and abilities to overcome life's most difficult challenges. Amy is a Licensed Therapist, as well as a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from St. Louis University and Amy was recently the Owner and Executive Director at Healing Hearts Grief Support. Previously, she was the Lead Educational Support Counselor for the Wentzville School District. Prior, she was the Senior Director of Counseling Services at Youth In Need, where she developed and managed one of the largest teams of therapists in the region.
