Introduction

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Grounded in Hope, PLLC in Ann Arbor, MI. Originally licensed in 2010, I have experience providing evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I am passionate about helping others identify their unique strengths to face challenges in their lives. I believe in creating an affirming and inclusive space for you to express yourself authentically. Regardless of the situation you find yourself in today, your feelings are valid and you deserve to be heard. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers and recently completed a Master of Divinity.
