Introduction

As a therapist my passion is to support you through whatever life event may have brought you to seek counseling. I will guide you through this time and help you continue on your journey. Whether you're struggling with symptoms from trauma, depression, anxiety, life stressors or transitions I will provide a safe space for you to work through your challenges. I specialize in EMDR therapy for trauma. I also use CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and short-term brief therapy. I work with all ages impacted by traumas, abuse, the foster care/child welfare systems, human trafficking, or witnessed such through their line of work.
