Introduction

Most of my experience is working with clients struggling from the effects of trauma, both long standing or more acute. Because trauma is complex, I am also experienced with addictions, depression and anxiety, ADHD symptoms, chronic health conditions, relationship issues, and diversity issues. I use CBT, ACT, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and relational therapy with my clients. I also use empirically supported treatments like Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Interpersonal Therapy for Depression, among others. I believe in working together to make change.
