Introduction

Through personal, professional, and educational experiences, I have learned to use an integrated and balanced approach to emotional, mental, and physical change through the counseling process. I strive to create a warm and understanding environment to empower my clients, and help you navigate and heal during unique life circumstances. I graduated with Masters in Counseling from The University of Holy Cross in 2018. I have spent the last 5 years providing mental health services to clients at each level of care; individual outpatient, intensive outpatient, school age, young adult and military family life counseling. I have been active with the Louisiana Counseling Association since 2018, and a lifetime advocate for mental health.
