Feeling overwhelmed by daily tasks? Tackling a relationship challenge? Curious about who you are and why you do the things you do? Counseling is a place to consider how life could look different for the better. I’m a relational therapist who invites clients to explore, practice, and refine their relational style to improve their well-being. My insight-oriented approach helps clients identify patterns across life domains impacting their present day-to-day. From that, client’s are empowered to choose: to work toward behavior change, deepen their understanding of pattern development, or both. I specialize in women’s wellness, with an emphasis on Black American women and their experiences of racial stress. I am accepting adult clients of all racial/ethnic backgrounds and gender identities at this time. I don’t promise to know everything, but I can be committed to walking it out with you. No matter how stretched you feel (or might be), I believe you have “enough for today.”
